Looks like the WNI strategy is working against them now. Hasn't this been the way since the start? Well now they risk the whole project due to their incompetent behaviour and they will be left out in the cold. I remember when UMC was taken out by BHP, it was all over in a matter of months, with WNI it could take years if we continue to hold tight and they will just have to continue to extend the offer. Well WNI it's a situation of your own making and that's before any potential legal action against your behaviour as a good Australian Corporate Citizen. You still have time to redeem yourself, but time is running out!
