This was from the takeover offer statement, 13.12.2011

"As at 9 December 2011, there were 144,803,151 BRM Shares and 4,900,000 BRM Options in
issue, of which 80,113,433 ( 55.33% ) BRM Shares were held by WN Australia."

We now know that WNI have 81,926,673 ( 56.58% )

Gee I hope there are at least 10.1% of shares held by non associates of WNI :/

I doubt HC holders hold that many! Wish I knew if there were any insto's still holding BRM
