It's also interesting that if Wah Nam is warehousing again, they are breaking the law again. Not that that will stop them, or that ASIC will do anything, but it should be noted nonetheless. Wah Nam also made a statement in its Bidder's Statement to the effect that neither itself, or any Associates have traded in BRM shares four months prior to the takeover - an interesting admission, especially in light of what happened previously. However I fully expect as last time for Wah Nam to have a loose, sloppy and very convenient conception of what constitutes an "associate".
