Go Nuke, I don't believe that those that have accepted the scrip and receive their WNI shares in May, can then bitch and moan about the offer changing to a cash offer. WNI pointed out in the letter advising that defeating motions have been removed, that they reserve the right to change the offer. After all, it's only their associates that would miss out on cash and the dumb aussie/NZ holders that accepted.
