Id say it will be ( AGO next ) with potenial for the floodgates to open for this kind of elusive takeover for other Australian assets.
Mozart, you say that they might up the offer to $6 didn't someone say that the offer would have to be passed on to all shareholders...including those that have already accepted?
I cant see the directors wanting the worthles script..which actually has me quite worried. Im concerned that they will get offered cash whilt us shareholders end up with the worthless script. It would be outrageous but I wouldn't be suprised. I'm not to trusting of company directors :/
My thoughts at the moment are..
1) Will WNI share price rise on Monday now that they are in control of Brockman Resources?
2) For those that accepted the WNI toilet paper, when will they receive their WNI shares? I imagine the "associates" have been instructed not to dump on market. Not yet anyway. Not that there is anyone who wants to buy them at this stage.
3) If the directors do roll over I'm sure WNI will get to 90% and the rest of us will be up a creek without a paddle. There's just noway I want their 30-1 rubbish.
4) Wishful thinking perhaps but maybe ASIC was waiting for WNI to get control before pouncing and we see a trading halt Monday with an investigation announced.
5) Watch out AGO holders..here comes WNI and Co to screw you too.
I just can't see Australians accepting the script offer so hopefully it will get ALOT harder for Wah Sham to get more shares.
