re: Ann: AZH: Change in substantial holding f... Good stuff, complete take over was going to happen when offer became unconditional but with well over 90% it's much cleaner.
BTW from what I understand AZH holder have until the offer closes on friday to accept so I imagine t worst the will only be a few shares that will have to be compulsory acquired.
Only question I have is when will AZH be delisted after all the is not many shares left that can be traded
