Yeah I think your probably right Seecat. Everything is probably fine. The new guy has no doubt done his own due diligence and will explain the situation shortly.
In the end I just find them too unreliable. They say whatever they want it and change with no explanation. I mean funds required went from $19m including working cap to $40m and now to complete unknown. Finance was supposed to be in bag with multiple debt offers, then they raise equity twice and still no finance available. No explanation given. You can't discuss any of this this with them as they don't take calls.
In these circumstances I'm not sure what I can believe so isn't really investible for me.
