the fact that seven have bought 19.9% of both bpt and dls speaks volumes. If alls they wanted was a blocking stake, as has been suggested they only needed 10%. It's not a matter of if, but when this will occur. With dls and bpt share prices both at $1.10 I would expect that in the event of a BPT all scrip bid, they would have to offer at least 1.25 beach shares for every dls share.Interesting times ahead that's for sure.
