They have just spent a couple of hundred million buying the stakes in DLS/BPT.

IMHO the corporate action will occur fairly soon, if only because BPT needs the cash generation DLS has.
Also, DLS is still expanding, BPT, with its Origin gas agreement is now fully expanded. No further avenue for growth, only DLS suite of assets will allow it to do that.

If the SP falls down near $1. I will be buying all I can. Lots of high value exploration for DLS in FY16, none for BPT.

19.9% in both DLS and BPT .......Seven now set and now the script offer with Sevens blessing . Its probably all worked out already. So expect something iminently.
