Agree, all script from whoever. In the end, I think STO, who's hand will be forced, will trump BPT/SGH and may even have a cash option to sweeten the deal. Nice play SGH as this is their ultimate goal...IMHO!
Fact of the matter is that DLS have positioned themselves very, very well. They have secured more oil production than they can transport and their gas holdings are being firmed up at a time when east coast prices will explode (not literally of course!) .
