what you say sounds good in theory but in fact few of us long term retail holders, sophisticated investors and instos would have fallen for a $1 bid and I think those I've mentioned make up the vast majority of present day DLS holders.
I reckon 99% of holders would have waited for a much better bid or at least stalled waiting for a rise in POO.
I agree with you that Seven Group are in no rush to control DLS unless POO falls again and stays down and somehow, someway that were to cause DLS to struggle and become a distressed asset for Seven G and then they might pounce.
Stokes is an opportunist, a canny businessman.
