I don't think any of the points raised by Sandon are not acknowledged or appreciated by current management.
Huge difference in selling off a profitable business vs an unprofitable one at fire sale prices.
I'm sure the current management is focused on getting the best price for these currently unprofitable parts of the business by turning them around and that they also see the future of the company in prefab housing.
