Someone is taking roughly 4% of the company at 18c - I would consider this fairly substantial and bullish if anything - much more than a blind punt

You also assume the incoming party doesn't know there is outstanding drill results etc ?

Someone someone spending $1.25M likely has a clue what they are doing
