looking at PVD history they aren't much better in terms of so performance and I would say much worse in terms of governance.
they have made a wreck out of PVD and now need a fresh asx vehicle to keep themselves going. a resource exploration company that spends only a third of its money on exploration... the rest goes to the board more or less.
I know who I would vote for, and have voted for. the current board.
