The reality is that FTT shareholders have basically done their dough in this company. There is no shame in that - we all know that these types of companies are highly speculative and usually have binary outcomes - either you make it big or your lose your money.
I don't quite understand why some FTT shareholders accept the motherhood statements from FTT management that they still have a way forward - it is almost a denial of reality. If another party (eg PVD and its associated entities) have a plan to create some value for the FTT shares, then good luck to them - it might benefit all FTT shareholders eventually, because otherwise the chances are that the company will fade into oblivion.
Yes, I am a shareholder in PVD but, like other retail shareholders, have no real insight into the strategy of PVD in this case. Just saying to the FTT shareholders who want to resist PVD, be careful of what you wish for...
