The shares and the company have no value today, so what is so special to dilute this company again for almost zero money and not even a declared strategy?
Such act should be legally challenged as needs a open clarification in an AGM or in Court.
Shame to the person/directors that have planned a resistance for a company that has been destroyed by themselves.
