Mmm cheers for that I just read the article, it would be in their best interests to transfer one for one PRY at PE 15 for VEI at PE 3, because that's how they increase eps in PRY. but I certainly don't want PRY at PE 15 let alone swapping my beloved VEI at PE 3 that would be rubbish for all VEI shareholders. I'd rather swap my Swiss francs one for one for Vietnam dong! The fact that the doctors own 30% has made my day and that will make it hard for PRY to take over VEI if the doctors have any idea what they are doing. Colman Mockler who was the Gillette ceo from 1975 to 1991, faced down 3 take over attempts in that time and they had huge share price growth (over 1000%) as a result over that period. Tom Murphy from capital cities abc resisted similar attempts with similar share price results. Don't fall for a measly 40% when you could be looking at 200%+
