Don't forget this company contemptuously swatted away several take over proposals back at the end of 08, early 09 without so much as putting any details to shareholders on the value of the offer etc, except that they were above the current SP at the time.
That was back when the shares were well north of $1
There has a least been a change in management since then so sanity may prevail at some point if a bid does eventually lob
