One good thing about PPT is they have process. There is no 'rockstar' fund manager punting hunches.
They will have used their process to assess the company (sustainability, FCFs, economic moat etc.) before making such a substantial investment.
Have been getting pretty nervous with all this selling. PPT on the register is reassuring.
