Not really, on others, there are more investigations by securities regulators, on ASX, people whinge & whine about ASIC every day regarding fraud in financial planning, poor risk management supervision, poor financial advice, life insurance mis-selling but nothing about market integrity, trading ahead or insider dealing. Not a squeak. FXJ main contributor re attacking ASIC (every time Adele Ferguson does an investigation into MQG, CBA or NAB) but nothing on securities regulations in FXJ
