for PPT, they've done a lot mistakes in these two yrs, Selling at this price has vary reasons, like the client want out, or margin calls, I dont think PPT is stupid but not what u thought that they would sell out with big loss, SRF is still the market leader and cash may not be at 60m, but new mgt needs some times to get business back
PPT is very consertive and has rules to derisk as they dont like uncertainty
so PPT selling may not as bad as u talked
