Well, something is going to happen. Ochre spending $463,450 for EMR shares @ .013cent to acquire 35,650,000 more shares, and having 16.5% voting power, and being opposed to in specie distribution of EOX shares, as is the Davide Boiseo group of shareholders. Methinks there is more to come.
