Onceover I don't know the poster you are referring to personally,I have seen a few posts of his at times but I am not inclined to reach conclusions based on what others have to say about a company. I do my own research and draw my own conclusions from my own thought processes. I note the achievements of BNR management that you have mentioned but also note what I believe to be shortcomings. There's a lot more to running a company than some of the achievements you have mentioned. Vitally important is that management ensure there are sufficient dollars to see them through until their goals are achieved and equally vital is management's ability to "sell" the message and the story. It is essential IMO that a company MD be a good communicator and articulate the merits of the company. Also when things are dire and shareholders are asked for funds if management don't "walk the walk" as well as "talk the talk" and take up their own entitlements than it doesn't reflect well on their own belief in the company.
I can think of a couple of companies that have great ground, good geologists and who are wallowing at 12 month lows because they have failed to articulate the merits of their projects and manage funds and the likely NEED for funds effectively . I hold one myself with a current MC of $2m with a 680k oz Au Jorc resource and $4M in cash at bank - I continue to hold it because they have sufficient cash- If their cash falls to what I consider to be a precarious level I will bite the bullet and exit my position- as shareholders and investors we also have manage our investments in an effective manner.
