Indeed, the order covers "all officers, agents or persons acting on its behalf", which you could reasonably extend to include the ASX in this case.
Either that or we're completely missing something here, maybe the interim orders have been lifted but not announced to us yet, or, .... the pirates just think they can do whatever they want.
