I suppose, to play devil's advocate, you could say that this keeps us informed as to the current state of acceptances, but of course none of it will proceed until a determination is made. But to me it still goes directly against the interim order made by the takeovers panel, which specifically prohibits "any further steps to process any acceptances". Perhaps they've got legal advice saying this is still fine, but they're thumbing their noses at everybody. It was already clear, but this just cements it even further. Hopefully the takeover panel take this kind of behaviour into account when making their determination.

And yes I am pretty demoralised tbh
