Yes, I am aware that anyone is free to email them with questions and concerns. I'm also aware that shareholders are free to attend the AGM to ask questions.

The part that you (perhaps deliberately) failed to mention is that we shouldn't hold our breath waiting for replies to our emails, and we shouldn't be surprised when the questions we ask go unanswered.
