    the announcement was about HHY Change in Subs S/h.
    You made the comment:
    "Change happened Feb and reporting it now."

    I am saying that they reported the change in Feb, as they should.
    If you have issues re " auditors , annual reports and NTA of all related parties... " then elaborate.
    If you are now referring to some other issue, then speak to that issue.
