Yow have 14c in cash. They have a new(ish) board. They have cut approx $2 mill out of corporate overheads, and expect the 15,000 new retail outlets to increase their revenue in the next 12 months.
I am not trying to guild the lilly. But what I am trying to do is put some perspective back into the discussion. The record of the recent buyers isn’t perfect, I grant you that, but they too are putting their equity at risk, and they would certainly not be granted a single board seat easily on 10% of the company, let alone control of the board.
So let’s get a little rational thinking into the chatter and all calm down a bit. Just saying....
