Guys lol don't panic, FFG hasn't sold (can't sell even if they wanted to given the suspension), this is a side effect of the dilution from the issue of the new shares in Oct 2017.
Before this notice FFG owned 192,500,001 shares and after the notice they own exactly the same - 192,500,001 shares. They haven't sold a pip. Just got diluted like the rest of us.
So this is no new news at all (just a formality) - it was news at the time of placement last year
