Hi 564, I don't think CBA would beg to differ, they likely just expect a successful outcome from the process of working thru the legislative changes and impact on KNL project.
It would be foolhardy to think any project is not going to work through those impacts before making a decision to proceed or otherwise.
Just my opinion though
