    Isn't CHC a property manager?

It happens a lot amongst the LICs. I get the feeling it's to boost the share prices (hence more fees to the manager and easier to attract investment capital when the chart is angling at 45 degrees left to right - people don't know why it's going up so they start believing that the business is doing extraordinarily well) or they may be looking to trade a perceived discount to NTA (I not CHC is 2x book, which is extraordinarily high for a property fund, it means if CHC were to sell their properties at the stated independent valuations for each property, then shareholder would cop a 50% loss).

See, I'm learning your trick rabbit, recently bought into the trend at IOF (which I believe is relatively cheaper than CHC, same business, but still too expensive for me to consider it as anything more than a momentum trade).
