When big players are trading large quantities they don't care about brokerage costs.

They stack the sell side with a significant amount and then slowly slowly sell some at intervals to trick people into selling. The amount they sell is insignificant to the amount they buy during this process. The end result is them having a larger pool of shares, even though they had sold some and technically bought them back and many new shares also.

Right now they don't care about price going up, they want it to stay down while they accumulate. This is one of the strategies sometimes used by big players.

IMO - it's a great sign to buy!
