AGO is not allowed to buy shares in GIR, so the increase in AGO holding of GIR shares is, as you asume GIR holders who have signed over their shares in this deal.

I have done the same with mine yesterday as I do NOT believe GIR will get another offer.

We now have to hope to see this deal rounded up asap with AGO gaining 90% or more shares in GIR.

Once AGO has reached the 90% , which in my opinion will happen, AGO can start legal proceedings for compulsary aquistion of the last outstanding shares.
