As i have said before ES purchase was 5.5 with options at 10c so anything under 10c is cheap and under 5.5 is a bargain. I'm sure he will convert the options and make atleast 10% on them atleast. You don't become a billionaire by making bad investments and to be invested in multiple company's in the same area sort of says this is a sure thing or others say under 5.5c is a no brainer.
