Hi JC,
What's you thoughts on a resource upgrade before or after a potential take over bid which may or may not happen?
I'm torn between the argument that an upgrade increases the value of the companies tangibles but it also triggers shares for exceeding a specified resource value. But then again if a take over were to occur they would vest anyway and in this case a resource upgrade would be preferred prior to a take over (which may or may not happen) to maximise value.
