Just a note, The interesting thing here is neither AWE or TEG ever annouced that they were entering into an agreement in the sale of Cliff Head.
Something definitely doesn't sit right with this acquisition...
Unless someone can correct me, I've searched historic announcements for both AWE and TEG can not find the annoucement between the two parties prior to the 20th June 2016..
Regarding Acquisitions. Does anyone know if two parties can enter in to an agreement without a public annoucement?
