Late yesterday evening Bernard Stephens lodged a form 604 with the ASX advising of the increase of his substantial shareholding in EXC, now owning 11.55% of EXC... He has shown past signs of wishing to become the largest shareholder of EXC which he has now achieved... just ahead of Ranguta ( one of the chinese gang ! ) who owns 10.41% of EXC ...
Infact if you care to look at Section 3 of his lodged Form 604, it can be seen that good old Bernard was the one who paid 8 cents per EXC share on Thursday this week.
28/07/2016 $ 60,135.12 / 750,000 = $ 0.08 per share...
Obviously a very optimistic EXC shareholder.
