Interesting to note that DB was the 'joint lead manager ' for Origin's recent fund raising.

When you take on a hired gun to do your fighting you must remember that they will fight for anyone at the right price so their 'loyalty' is transitory.

With respect to merchant banks I would rather have them on the other side of the fence rather than on my right side holding up the shield. They may be holding up the shield for Santos......at this moment in time?
