Mate of mine just rang me to say that he received a letter from ESG (from John Anderson) - apparently the announcement was not enough, had to send it to each shareholder.

What is this costing us?

desperate?

Anyway, my mate had already voted AGAINST and threw it in the bin.

My mate knows only a little about shares but even he indicated that the letter seemed to add NIL value and looked like he was trying to sell something too hard - as a salesman himself, my friend's words were;

"If he has to sell it this hard it mustn't be worth buying"

Anyway.....more money out of ESG's coffers, at least the next letter shareholders receive was funded out of the author's pockets - automatically more credibility.
