knowing these guys they would be gloating about getting there target and putting it all over the place....I'm of the opinion that they missed by 3000 shares (mine).
I would of thought that some sort of notice would have to be issued stating either the offer has closed and that the target was not forfilled or that there is a compulsory acquisition to take place.
