Hi Merv.
Clearly to me, if ALY are farming into something they need cash to farm into it. I can see a massively diluting cap raising coming up, supported by no one except the main shareholder (later down the track to be followed by a consolidation). I can NST getting control of this company without having to make an offer to shareholders and certainly without having to pay any premium.
What do you think?
