Remember he his putting in another 250t at the end of SEP and this guy is a heavy hitter in the medical world and he would have done plenty of due diligence before he put the money in.
I cant see why RAP has a 260mill mkt cap and ALT 14 mill , the board of RAP must be way better at getting their story out to the right people.
