I have not read the offer document, but what you suggest would seem very unusual to me.
I suggest that unless you are very sure that you should reread the offer carefully. My expectation is that if you do nothing and IGO does not reach 90% then you will be left with JML shares which may drop in price when the offer closes.
Also worth checking how long you might wait to receive IGO shares if they go down the compulsory acquisition path. My expectation is that it will be a lot longer than 5 days.
My interest in the matter is only as an IGO holder, hoping that our IGO management really are buying value - only time will tell imho.
