At least its a plan. With the hard one experience of the past I would assume it is reasonable and rational.
Massive dilutions coming but better a bit of something than a lot of nothing. Shame we took the short cut before only to find the bridge was washed away, and spent 3 years sitting there wondering how to get across.
So we are back out on the main road with new navigators. Good to have some vision. Good luck to NJ and everyone involved.
