I agree. I am a bit of a bogan when it comes to micro economics, but I think I’m fairly in tune with whats going “out there “... the only thing I am surprised about is that there was ANYONE out there for the last number of years who was worried about an interest rate increase. I dont see anything on Australias economic horizon that is going to necessitate an interest rate increase to put the brakes on an overheated Australian economy.
I dont know what hes bet the house on, but its not his house, its ours.... and I think that I would own more of my house (tic) if I had invested elsewhere. But who was to know ?.
