re: Ann: Change in Ownership of Responsible E... Hello to all rcu holders if they are any out there.
I do think this play of rcu for distress assets is good and smart.And that is something i would do and have done since june last year buying specific property trusts.
I can understand that rcu put in a bid of 20 million dollars for assets that rrt played 295 million dollars
what i cannot understand why is there a bank still involved if these assets where held in adminstration and adminstrator gave his ok.
opinions would be apreciated
