Trials are still in progress, JV still in-tact with KoolMax for cross selling, channel partners still on-board, technology still solid, vendor's and joint ventures still in development (Cre8tec, Eposode etc).. CCV is now over $1M..

This is still great technology and has a huge addressable market. IoT will be a huge market and CCP is early in the race here in an industry no one else has tapped into yet.

Yes cash balance is the elephant in the room - BoD hopefully are experienced business men and explore all options available to them.

@dominikj78 - Of course the directors were aware of the cash balance. The PENTA investment turned out to be a dud investment and the expected ROI came way short. Sometimes you take a risk/chance and it works out well, other times not so well.. I don't blame Mike or any of the Directors for that at all.
