Have a good think mate, what he is saying is correct this is why the stock is trading at cash value only and for so long. Negate EV for many years indicates a complete failure in management as the market is a soothsayer. However there is always a chance of success as there are many arrows, if you look at MEP and look at announcements and the way they communicate to the market CHN would be trading at 25c currently. They are a more professional outfit yet they too have had failure just mining lol
Hopefully some success is Canada may still fruition the VIC tenements will be at least 8 months away before a drilling rig can test I think. I'm holding still, my choice was SBM or CHN 2 years ago I was wrong lol....................................
