re: Ann: Chalice Gold announces Private Share... So I reckon they started talking to SCE some six weeks ago when the SP was holding 45 cents then once the cap raising was imminent the price was driven down and here we are at 30 cents.

Sorry but I can only say this was poor management. Firstly by planning a capital raising in May (never the best time), raising capital without any real supporting news.

Also the fact that the raise was not issued to to sophs outside Australia, why did CHN list on the TSX ????

Sorry but we have a company with a DFS and as we have seen a good financial model to support the operations, and yet all we have seen in the last six months is a 50% decline in the SP whilst the POG has increased.

Where is the engineering for the gold plant (are we actually looking at starting an operations or just trying to get to a position to sell ??)?
Where is ENAMCO ?

All of this is IMO and please DYOR, but I am looking at taking my marbles to play elsewhere.
