I don't know, but there is a company called Cougar Metals (ASX ticker CGM) and they appear to be interested in lithium. Look up CGM here on H.C. and there is a poster, I think it was under the thread of "fundamentals" where he/she gives the most exhaustive coverage of a company that you would ever need. It shows the top twenty shareholders of which CHN is not mentioned. I don't know if its the CGM you are looking for, but failing that, a search on the ASIC website will give you details of all Australian companies for a fee of $19.
